Leadership comes with new challenges: setting expectations, giving feedback, addressing performance, coaching people through problems, and knowing how to follow through when things are not working.

This course is designed to help you handle those moments with more confidence. You will learn practical tools, talk through real workplace situations, and leave with a simple process you can use immediately in your role.

What happens after I register for this cohort?

You will get an email with calendar links for each session. You will also get virtual links to join the meeting.
We encourage you to ensure that your microphone and camera work for these sessions.

What if I can't make one of the sessions?

We get it. Work happens. While a lot of the value of these sessions is the interaction with others and the ability to ask questions to the leadership experts in real time, each of the sessions will be recorded and sent to you after the session. You can rewatch at any time!

Are there any additional materials that go with this training?

Yes, you will receive a downloadable, printable workbook that you can reference and use to take notes as you move through the training. This workbook will be sent to you via email after registration, before the first session.
